Consider these points when comparing moving pods companies. Be sure that the facility you choose has the best security possible, that no one but you has access to your unit, and that the facility is dry and clean and free of pests. Separate your items with blankets, sheets or moving pads, and stack furniture with paper pads. Keep appliance doors slightly open to avoid mold or mildew formation. It would also be wise to make a list of the items that you are storing and consider purchasing a protection plan if the moving pods company offers one.
