This is most important phase during the moving process because it requires the most amount of planning. In the first phase a moving checklist creates an estimated financial budget to be used during the whole moving operation. All the financial records of expenditures incurred have to be saved in the moving checklist. A moving checklist should consist of all data regarding the movers and the amount of money that they charge. It should also mention which moving company is finally chosen to complete the moving process.
