After all, who wants to hang an email message on their refrigerator. Be sure to send your birth announcements to family and close friends and friends of the grandparents and to anyone who has already sent you a gift. At a minimum, you should include the names of the baby and proud parents and siblings (if any) and birth statistics such as length and weight and date of birth on your birth announcements. Birth announcements etiquette also dictates that they be sent any time up to six months after the birth, so you will have time after the baby arrives to finalize and send them out. You will save yourself a little work, though, if you choose your birth announcements design ahead of time, while you still have the time.
