Military families that live off base can use a moving company that can help them with their military moving needs on their own. The military will then reimburse the family for their military moving expenses. The meals eaten and up to 3 nights in a motel can also be reimbursed when long distance military moving is required. The family can use rental moving trucks. However, only the mileage between bases will be covered.
